Tre Flip (Mike Mo Capaldi)

Mike Mo is known for the precision and style of his 360 Flips, back side tail slides and switch tricks. Many people believe that he does not skate handrails, but he does, it's just that he's better at ledges. As stated in his Fuel TV "Firsthand" Episode, he is afraid of hitting rails because of an accident in his teen years when he broke his wrist attempting to 50-50 grind a handrail. This incident made Mike Mo develop years of training in the difficult tricks of flat ground. He states in his Firsthand episode that everyday he came home from school, he would choose a flat ground trick, and land it 100 times. Mike Carroll stated in an interview "Yeah, and I don’t think that "Forecast" video part really did him any justice. I’ve seen the stuff he skates and he’s an awesome skater. And it’s a shame because he's often put in that group of bland skaters when really he’s not bland at all." From this he tends to mostly skate gaps, stair sets, ledges, and can put down ridiculous flat ground tricks. He placed 3rd in the 2007 eS game of skate against Chris Cole and Nyjah Huston and also won the Battle at the Berrics's first round of flat ground skateboarding competition. He is a prominent flat ground master as some call him as he gets better and more creative in his style of crazy flat ground phenomenon. A lot of his prestige here remains as he rarely is beaten in a game of skate this is how he lives. He has also just released his first pro model shoe, the Mike Mo for Lakai Limited Footwear, his shoe sponsor.
